San Marcos, Texas Hotel Meeting Facilities

Think quality facilities and accommodations when you choose the Quality Inn San Marcos. Our 1900 square foot banquet hall is located at the front of the hotel with a private entrance, close enough to our guest rooms to be convenient but far enough to not disturb guests if you are hosting a party. For smaller more intimate conferences or for a break out session, our meeting room is ideal. It can accommodate groups up to 50 people and has a total of 912 square feet of function space.

From corporate events and business meetings to wedding showers and family reunions, we provide the space and affordability to make your gathering a winning success. With a total of over 2500 square feet of space, our sales staff will assist you in the best set-up for your event. Whether you desire classroom, theater or banquet style, we are here to please.

The Quality Inn San Marcos also has an open catering policy. This means you have the choice as to who will provide the food for your function. We can provide you with a list of our preferred caterers upon request or you are free to provide your own food.
